When Rudus\u2019 previous primary crushing unit began to fall short in terms of capacity, it was time to upgrade the equipment. The solution was a Jonsson L130 jaw crusher supplied by TIEKA, enabling Rudus to meet its increased crushing capacity requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A key factor in the decision was Rudus\u2019 previous positive experience with Jonsson. TIEKA had already supplied Rudus with a Jonsson L550 secondary crusher, which the customer had been satisfied with. When Rudus wanted to increase the capacity of its primary crusher, continuing with a familiar and proven brand was a natural choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe already had good experience with Jonsson, so it was a natural choice for the primary crusher as well. Through TIEKA, Jonsson machines can be adapted based on the customer\u2019s individual needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Safety-related requirements are particularly important to Rudus and need to be carefully considered as part of the overall machine configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFor example, we have certain safety requirements that need to be taken into account very carefully when configuring the machines. With TIEKA, we can go through these requirements and implement the necessary solutions according to our needs.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the L130, Rudus\u2019 primary crushing equipment is now better suited to its increased capacity requirements. At the same time, the machine\u2019s configurability ensures that the overall solution is specifically suited to Rudus\u2019 operations and working environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<h2><strong><strong>A partnership built on trust<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The cooperation between Rudus and TIEKA has continued through several equipment transactions. In addition to new machines, the companies have also traded used equipment: Rudus has purchased used machines from TIEKA, while TIEKA has also purchased used machines from Rudus in connection with new equipment deals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a long-term partnership, it is important that things are handled as agreed and without unnecessary complications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTIEKA is a reliable partner for us.
