WE CUSTOMIZE YOUR MACHINES, SCREENERS OR CRUSHERS TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS

Almost every new machine purchased from us is customized to meet the customer’s particular needs at our production facilities in Hyvinkää. We also customize customers’ existing machinery on the field. Together with the customer, our engineering service maps out the requirements that will be set for a particular machine, after which we model a solution that solve the issue by using our CAD software.

Based on the plans, our professionals will carry out the agreed changes and improvements.

Different needs – Different solutions

Customization requirements vary, but typically the necessary changes are related to safety, structure, hydraulics, or the electrical system.

In addition, high temperatures in mining and factory conditions mean that particular demands are placed on Gradall machines. For example, it is possible to protect the end of a telescopic boom against heat and, if necessary, we can even build a fully customized extinguishing system for the machine.
