Production efficiency taken to a new level with a two-stage crushing process

The setup was built as a two-stage process, with the Jonsson L130 handling primary crushing and the Jonsson L550 taking care of secondary crushing. Equipment selection prioritised above all production capability, compatibility, and reliability in demanding conditions. Following the introduction of the new crusher train, production volumes grew significantly. Compared to previously achieved levels, daily output rose considerably, and hourly capacity also improved substantially. At the same time, overall process efficiency increased, as pre-screening and equipment sizing allowed the material flow to be better optimised throughout the entire chain.

The efficiency gains were also reflected in fuel consumption. Despite operating larger and more powerful equipment than before, consumption relative to tonnes produced decreased. This speaks to the effectiveness of the setup as a whole: greater capacity and better energy efficiency go hand in hand in this case.

Built for the working day

In day-to-day work, the new crusher train has brought smoothness and predictability. The equipment’s design supports easy maintenance, screen mesh changes, for example, are quick to carry out. Process management is straightforward, and the setup has been designed so that operation doesn’t require unnecessary complexity. Moves between job sites have also proven manageable, even as the size of the equipment has grown.

High-performance crushing for demanding projects

The investment enables the execution of larger and more demanding projects, as well as faster throughput times. This improves competitiveness and brings confidence in situations where production efficiency is critical. TIEKA’s role in the project extended beyond equipment supply. The solution was designed together around the customer’s needs, with the delivery taking into account technical consistency, performance, and practical on-site requirements. The result is a crushing process that combines high production capacity, operational reliability, and smooth usability.
